NutriTrack is a MERN stack application that helps users track their daily nutrition. After signing up, users set personalized calorie and macro targets (or use AI-recommended ones). Every day they can log what they eat across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks — and see live progress through visual rings and progress bars.
